Therapy provides a space for you to work through relationship concerns, past trauma, communication, and other issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and general quality of life.

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space to facilitate growth and improve your quality of life. We will work to understand your goals as well as what might be getting in the way in order to help you heal and thrive in your environment.

    Walking sessions are available for clients who enjoy being outside in Fort Collins!

    In person sessions are offered at 209 E Plum St., Office B, in Fort Collins.
